Print it at 100 % and check it with calipers (40.0 mm on every side). Put it next to the object on the same surface, logo up, and take one photo from a corner, about 45° down: the logo, the wordmark and the dimples tell the AI which corner is which, so it can solve the camera in 3D and measure the object's footprint and height from that single photo.
Print it at 100 % in any colour (PLA is fine, logo up, no supports), then check it with calipers: 40.0 mm on every side. The logo on top, the SOLID VIBES wordmark in front and 3 to 6 dimples on the other faces show which corner is which from any angle.
Then, in any Thing: ⌘K → Measure something with my phone, pick Measuring cube on your phone, put the cube next to the object logo up and take one photo from a corner, about 45° down.
Set them when you use it in a Thing (“M3 × 12, pan head”), or remix it and change them in the Parameters panel.
