Do I need a credit card to start the trial?
No. Your 14-day free trial starts the moment you sign up, with 300 AI credits and everything you need to go from an idea to a printed Thing.
What happens when my trial ends?
Your account becomes read-only until you pick a plan: you can still open, view and download STL files of everything you made. We never delete your designs.
What is a Thing, and what counts toward my limit?
A Thing is anything you make: a bracket, a lamp, a robot. Only Things you own count. Using a Marketplace Thing inside your own (a screw, a hinge) never counts toward your limit or your storage.
What if I hit a limit?
Nothing is deleted or locked. You can keep viewing and editing; new Things wait until you upgrade, free a slot, or publish one to the Marketplace.
Can I switch plans or cancel later?
Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel from your account settings at any time.
Do unused credits roll over?
Monthly plan credits reset each billing period. Credits from packs carry over, so top-ups are never wasted.
